Information you give us

When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter: your name, school or institution, email address, phone number, role, the program you are interested in, and your message. We use it to answer you, to talk with you about our services, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

By providing a telephone number and submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by SMS text message about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply HELP for more information. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messaging. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How a form reaches us

Form entries are stored on our own server and sent to our team by email. If we connect our customer relationship tools, entries may also be passed to those tools so the right person can follow up. These providers act on our behalf and may only use the information to provide their service to us.

Cookies, local storage, and ad pixels

To understand which ads and pages lead people to contact us, the site remembers how you first arrived and how you most recently arrived (for example the ad campaign, search engine, or website that sent you). This is saved in your own browser’s local storage and sent to us only if you submit a form.

We may use advertising and measurement tools from Meta (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) and Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager). These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed, your browser, and your IP address, so we can measure our advertising and show relevant ads. When you submit a form, we may send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address, phone number, and name to match the conversion to an ad. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.

Site analytics and heatmaps

We run our own first-party analytics to improve the site. It records pages viewed, how far people scroll, where people click or tap, and general mouse movement, along with the type of device and the website or campaign that referred the visit. It does not use cookies, does not record what you type, and does not store your IP address. Visits are grouped using a code made from your IP address and browser that changes every day and cannot be turned back into your IP address. Detailed analytics records are deleted after 180 days.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, our analytics and heatmaps do not record your visit.

Embedded video

Our presentation video is hosted by Vimeo. The video player only loads, and Vimeo only receives information about your visit, after you press play.

How long we keep information

We keep form entries as long as needed to work with you and for our normal business records, and analytics records for no more than 180 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

Children

This site is for schools, school leaders, and parents. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep form entries in a private location on our server that is not reachable from the web, and limit access to our team.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
